Sean Richards, Managing Member and Co-owner.
Sean has extensive experience in landscaping, excavating and grading, and underground pipelines. Sean grew up in a construction family here in Carson City and has been in and around the business since he was old enough to hold a shovel. Sean believes it is very important to have owner supervision and interaction with our clients and regularly visits all jobsites and interacts with our clients. Mark Turner, Managing Member and Co-owner.
Mark Turner has lived in Northern Nevada since 1992 and came to Nevada from the Pacific Northwest. Mark’s area of focus within the business is homebuilding and remodeling as well as land development, permitting, regulatory compliance and construction management. Mark is a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Homebuilders and enjoys building energy efficient homes and remodeling. Veronica Sheldon, Office Manager
Veronica is the office manager for Black Pine Construction and has been with the company since July of 2004.
